If you’ve got a knack for keeping things running smoothly (and we’re not just talking about smoothies), you might be our next Team Leader. You’ll guide the crew, keep guests smiling, and make sure every shift feels like a win.

What You’ll Do

• Be the shift lead — supporting the team, solving problems, keeping energy high.

• Oversee both Front & Back of House tasks to keep operations smooth and costs in check.

• Keep service fast, accurate, and friendly.

• Address guest feedback and turn “meh” into “wow.”

• Maintain company standards for product quality, presentation, and cleanliness.

• Help train team members so everyone’s on the same page and crushing it.

• Support uniform policy and professional appearance.

• Ensure accurate cash handling.

• Open or close the shop in management’s absence.

• Jump in wherever needed — because there’s always something to do.
