If you can lead a team, run a tight ship, and still make time to connect with guests over a cinnamon sugar pretzel, you might be our next General Manager. In this role, you’ll steer the whole operation — from sales and service to training and team culture — making sure every shift, every guest, and every pretzel is just right.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the restaurant to hit sales and profit goals while keeping guests happy and coming back.
• Build a strong, motivated team by hiring, training, coaching, and inspiring your crew.
• Foster a culture of respect, open communication, and positive energy.
• Keep service fast, food top quality, and cleanliness on point — inside and out.
• Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and care.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and keep inventory balanced (no waste, no shortages).
• Ensure all health, safety, and brand standards are met.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
• Represent the brand in the community and with local authorities when needed.
