If you’re ready to step up, lead shifts, and make every day run smoother than a perfectly blended smoothie, you might be our next Assistant Manager. You’ll help keep the shop humming, the team motivated, and the guests smiling — while still jumping in to make the magic happen yourself.
What You’ll Do
• Lead daily operations to deliver top-notch guest experiences and high-quality food, every time.
• Oversee service speed, product quality, and cleanliness across all areas.
• Support sales-driving initiatives — promotions, new products, and loyalty programs.
• Manage FOH & BOH operations, including scheduling and labor control.
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment across dine-in, to-go, online, curbside, and delivery.
• Keep the dining room, prep areas, and storage up to health and safety standards.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time.
• Enforce and model cash-handling procedures.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members — keeping morale high and turnover low.
• Build a positive, team-focused atmosphere where everyone feels respected and valued.
• Step in as acting manager when needed, keeping everything on track.

• Leadership skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to balance people, product, and profitability.
• Experience in food service or retail leadership is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
